The fine print
Fare conditions, in plain language
All of it fits on one screen, which we consider a point of pride.
What exactly is included in the fare?
Berth, all meals, all excursions listed on the itinerary, pressure suit hire and fitting, in-flight medical cover, and return transit to Gate 42 from any partner surface port. Also a towel. The towel is genuinely non-negotiable and genuinely useful.
What is not included?
Getting yourself to Gate 42, personal insurance beyond our standard cover, souvenirs on the Promenade, and anything you break in the machine shop. Alcohol is included but rationed by mass — we will explain the maths at the briefing and you will find it reasonable.
How does the medical screening work?
A two-hour appointment at any partner clinic, valid for four cycles. Cardiac, vestibular and pressure tolerance. If you can climb four flights of stairs without stopping and follow instructions calmly under pressure, you will almost certainly pass. If you don't, the deposit is refunded in full, no appeal needed.
Cancellations, refunds and moving your booking
Full refund up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 7 days, you can move the booking once to any departure inside 12 cycles at no charge. Inside 7 days, 50% credit toward a future berth. If we cancel for any reason — weather, mechanical, orbital, or a crew member's judgement call — you get 100% back plus a Deckhand cycle on us.
Baggage allowance
12 kg per passenger, hard-limited by mass budget rather than by volume, so pack dense and small rather than large and light. Musical instruments travel free; we like having them aboard. Weapons, pets and unsealed liquids do not travel at all.
Is any of this real?
No. Nebula Nine Outfitters is a fictitious brand created as a design template by CSP Geeks. The credits are not spendable, the ships are not spaceworthy, and Gate 42 is a very good idea that does not exist yet. The towel advice stands regardless.
